A solution-oriented agent of change in the healthcare industry for fifteen plus years, Stephen McShane founded iLEAD LLC in 2007. As President and CEO, he conceptualizes and guides the overall vision and strategic direction of the company, offering areas of expertise in for-profit, non-profit, faith based, hospital based and county skilled nursing facilities.

Mr. McShane's passion for the healthcare business and his innovative approaches have had a profoundly positive effect on the environments for which he has served. He continuously seeks beneficial solutions to the challenges facing long-term care facilities today and into the future. He draws inspiration through seeking results and demonstrating beneficial outcomes as evidenced by his work with his clients. Having been actively involved with the evolutions occurring in today's long-term care continuum, he is able to keenly address the needs confronting and challenging the viability of our nursing facilities.

Prior to founding iLEAD, Mr. McShane served as Regional Vice President of Operations for a national healthcare consulting and management company. During his tenure with this company, Mr. McShane additionally served and was elected by his peers to the role of President for the Pennsylvania Association of County Affiliated Homes. As President, he worked to serve the member organization through his involvement with legislative initiatives, such as testifying before the state legislature on behalf of long-term care facilities across the state of Pennsylvania. He also served as a founding member in the formation of a nursing home RRG, serving to benefit many Pennsylvania skilled nursing facilities.

Mr. McShane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiology Administration from Bloomsburg University and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Pennsylvania.
