County

Our President and CEO began his Administration career in the county nursing facility environment, having served as an Administrator. He later represented county nursing facilities across the state of Pennsylvania as President of the Pennsylvania Association of County Affiliated Nursing Homes (PACAH). Due to this experience and close work with our county facilities, we understand the challenges facing these facilities today, and recognize the need to ensure their future viability through what can be explored through an array of options.

Non-Profit and Faith Based

We respect and appreciate the religious affiliations of facilities and recognize the value bestowed upon each person's convictions of belief. Many of the non-profit or faith based facilities possess multiple levels of care. iLEAD's experience goes beyond the realm of a standard nursing facility and has actively been involved in directing the development of many of these such diversified services.

For-Profit

Having provided interim leadership and consulting with one of the world's largest for-profit chains, we are intimately aware of the operational objectives and focus required in meeting the objectives of our clients.

Mentoring

A mentor relationship is one of the most effective ways to grow and nourish the potential of an individual. This is no more apparent than at the leadership level. As each of us has benefited from the experience of generations before us, in business, we must do the same. Having mentored numerous persons in Executive and Administrator roles, we have enabled individuals to not only achieve their NHA licensure, but also aided them in navigating the sometimes treacherous waters of long-term care. Many facilities are realizing the value in leadership mentoring thus allowing their top executives the opportunity to be as successful as possible.

Operational Assessment

Often with turnover in the top position, operational assessment can be a crucial way to start on the course to righting any issues, either apparent or not. Creating a better understanding of where we are, will often lead to where we need to go. This is a service that is highly recommended and has demonstrated significant value.

Diversification of Service

Diversification of services is an absolute must in today's long-term care environment. The typical stand alone nursing facility needs, now more than ever, to evolve. iLEAD's leadership has worked to create new service lines for facilities needing to establish varying levels of care, such as outpatient therapy services and conduit therapy billing services.
